- 塞隆尼斯·斯菲爾·孟克（Thelonious Sphere Monk） (1917年10月10日 – 1982年2月7日) 是一名美國爵士樂鋼琴家和作曲家，並被認為是美國音樂史上的一位偉人。孟克擅長即興表演，同時也為爵士樂的發展做出了貢獻。孟克是歷史上作曲數排名第二的爵士樂作曲家，僅次於艾靈頓爵士（其中艾靈頓爵士作曲超過1000首，孟克作曲超過70首）。
他的作曲與即興表演充滿了所謂「不和諧的和聲」，和其非傳統的鋼琴手法搭配，極富衝擊感。但這並不是一種廣受認可的演奏風格，詩人兼爵士樂評論家菲利普·萊金稱其為「琴鍵上的大象」。
孟克演奏習慣也頗為迥異。他因自己在衣服、帽子和墨鏡的獨特風格而出名。同時，他有時也會離開鋼琴站起來跳一會兒舞，然後才繼續演奏，儘管樂隊的其他樂手從未停止演奏。
他也是五位登上《時代雜誌》封面的爵士樂手之一 (其餘四人為路易斯·阿姆斯特朗、艾靈頓爵士、溫頓·馬塞利斯和戴夫·布魯貝克)
