克里斯多福·弗朗西斯·奧申（Christopher Francis Ocean，生於1987年10月28日），出生名為克里斯多福·布里奧斯（Christopher Breaux，暱稱「Lonny」），以其藝名法蘭克海洋而知名，是來自美國路易斯安那州紐奧良的一名創作型歌手。奧申最初通過給小賈斯汀、布雷傑特·凱利（Bridget Kelly）、阿瑞米德·麥金德（Aramide Makinde）以及約翰傳奇捉刀創作歌曲，進入音樂圈。2010年中旬他成為Odd Future組合的一員，在多莫·傑奈西斯（Domo Genesis）的歌曲「SteamRoller」首次公開獻聲。2011年2月，他發布了自己的首張混音帶《Nostalgia, Ultra》，廣受好評。他已發布了兩首單曲「Novacane」和「Swim Good」，兩者都在排行榜上獲得不俗的成績。奧申在北美和歐洲進行了7場巡演，宣傳自己的混音帶。

該混音帶獲得了知名藝人肯伊·威斯特、碧昂絲·諾利斯以及Jay-Z的注意，他出現在了韋斯特和Jay-Z的合作專輯《Watch the Throne》中。2012年1月5日，英國廣播公司宣布，在其進行的2012年度之聲（Sound of 2012）評選中，奧申排名第二。奧申首張錄音棚專輯《Channel Orange》於2012年7月10日通過iTunes數字發行，並於17日在其他平台上發行。在該專輯內，奧申撰寫了一封公開信，其中坦誠了自己曾經的同性愛戀，但由於提前舉行的媒體試聽後有關其性取向報導開始出現，他決定提前在自己的Tumblr上發表了全文。奧申因此成為首個公開承認自己曾愛上同性的主流非洲裔美國人音樂藝人。

2016年8月，在跳票一年後奧申發布了視覺專輯《Endless》及第二張錄音棚專輯《Blonde》。
