- 一個值得記住的日子（通常縮寫為ADTR）是一個來自佛羅里達州奧卡拉的美國搖滾樂隊，由吉他手Tom Denney和鼓手Bobby Scruggs於2003年春天創立。他們以金屬和流行朋克的不同尋常的融合著稱。樂隊目前由主唱Jeremy McKinnon，節奏吉他手Neil Westfall，貝司手Joshua Woodard，打擊樂手和鼓手Alex Shelnutt以及主音吉他手Kevin Skaff組成。
